Why Gluten Free?

A gluten free diet is recommended for those with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, wheat allergies, autism, and sometimes those with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The National Institute of Health estimates that over three million people are living with celiac disease in the United States. Additionally, many choose to eat gluten free for nutritional reasons and to avoid a bloated, bulging feeling.
